NOT RECEIVING OUR  EMAILS?

If you are not receiving our emails, unfortunately there’s not much we can do on our side.  We have not changed our sending process and we send out thousands of emails weekly that get through to other subscribers. 

If you are not receiving our emails, this is most likely the fault of your own ISP or inbox spam filters blocking them. 

We have no way of knowing about this unless you tell us and we are limited to providing one month of refund if this is happening to you.

These steps may help you get the emails:

Whitelisting Instructions:

Most likely the problem is with your spam filters or your Internet Service Provider blocking our emails.

AOL is notoriously picky.  Or, if you are using Gmail, Gmail often hides our emails in the Promotions or Updates or SPAM folders.

Have you investigated any/all settings that might affect your inbox?  (Spam, junk, anti-virus, etc.)

Have you TRIPLE CHECKED all of your Spam and Promotions and similar folders? 

That’s the most likely problem and our emails are probably buried in there somewhere...  

(If you can find any of them, click on each previous email from us to teach your email program that they are “NOT JUNK” going forward.)

These steps solve 95+% of the deliverability problems our subscribers have, so please try them?

If our emails are really, really not hiding in ANY of your Junk/Spam/Updates/Promotions folders, here are 3 additional options that may increase deliverability going forward:

  1. The primary sending address that you may need to add to your “safe senders”  or “whitelist”  is feedblitz@mail.feedblitz.com.

  2. You can also complain to your Internet service provider (ISP) by asking it to allow RadioGuestList.com emails sent from feedblitz@mail.feedblitz.com  through their filters.

  3. The only other solution we can offer is to try registering again but using a different email address instead.

HOW TO CANCEL A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION:

We hope you won't but if you must, there are TWO steps to canceling: 

1. Visit your own Paypal account to cancel the billing agreement there any time.

The billing will not stop unless YOU cancel it in Paypal.

and also:

2. Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any Premium email you receive (for email Alerts subscribers).

HOW TO CANCEL A FEATURED GUEST EXPERT LISTING

To cancel a Featured Guest Expert listing, please visit your own Paypal account to cancel the billing agreement there any time.

The billing will not stop unless YOU cancel it in Paypal.
